Elita Hardy

Elita Hardy, a Cincinnati native and graduate of Purcell Marian High School, proudly serves as the founding Principal of the new Pleasant Hill Middle School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Wright State University, a master’s degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Xavier University.
With more than 16 years of experience in Cincinnati Public Schools, Ms. Hardy began her career as a paraprofessional, later teaching for five years before serving six years as Assistant Principal at Aiken High School. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to student growth, inclusive education, and strong school leadership.
As Principal of Pleasant Hill Middle School, Ms. Hardy is dedicated to building a positive school culture, fostering academic excellence, and empowering every student to reach their full potential.
